I’m committed to running my business in an environmentally conscious way.
Orders are packed in double-walled, secure cardboard boxes and cushioned with eco-friendly, biodegradable starch packing peanuts. Each item is wrapped in either biodegradable bubble wrap or cardboard, and I exclusively use paper tape in my studio. My studio is powered by renewable energy.
While I strive to keep a surplus of all stock available,
there may be occasional shipping delays. If that happens, I’ll notify you as soon as possible. As a one-person business, I aim to ship orders promptly, typically within 1-3 business days of purchase. If you need expedited shipping
for a birthday, wedding, or other special occasion, please let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline.
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return an item, please contact me within 30
days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will be issued once the item is received in the same condition it was sent. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
